2019 saw CSJ Planning Consultants deliver planning consents for approx. 2,650 homes, predominantly in Bristol and adjacent Local Authority areas. These planning consents were made up of outline and full planning applications as well as prior approvals and ranged from large regeneration sites through to small infill sites. Working for both house builders, developers, Registered Providers and Local Authorities, CSJ Planning Consultants are proud to have delivered a substantial number of much needed planning consents for homes within Bristol and the surrounding area.
Overall, approximately 20% of these homes are earmarked as affordable housing. CSJ Planning intend to continue to translate the aspirations of the development industry into implementable planning consents that help to ultimately build communities and satisfy the demand for homes for future generations.
