CSJ Planning Consultants have secured a residential planning consent for the redevelopment of a former gym and workshop to provide 42 residential dwellings , 20% of which are affordable plus 160m2 of commercial floor space. A number of complex design issues required extensive negotiation along with viability negotiations. The implementation of this consent will add to the rapidly changing environment in this area, which has been seen over the last few years.
