CSJ Planning Consultants have secured a residential planning consent for the redevelopment of a former gym and workshop to provide 42 residential dwellings , 20% of which are affordable plus 160m2 of commercial floor space. A number of complex design issues required extensive negotiation along with viability negotiations.
