Residential Revamp of Kingswood Trading Estate

CSJ Planning has secured full planning permission for a scheme of 57 no. one and two bedroom apartments at the former Kingswood Trading Estate following the demolition of the existing warehouses.
The scheme will provide 19 much needed affordable housing units, together with a Car Club which is one of the first within South Gloucestershire. The scheme will also provide £175,000 of financial contributions towards public open space enhancements, libraries and other community facilities in the area.
The design rationale of the scheme was to create buildings which exhibit both local and contemporary elements. The proposed materials are of high quality and will enhance this part of Kingswood.
