Chris Rose promoted to Associate Director

CSJ are really pleased to announce that Chris Rose has been promoted to Associate Director. Chris is based in the Bristol office and has been with CSJ Planning since March 2007. Chris has extensive experience in a wide range of developments including major residential schemes, PFI projects, large retail extensions and waste management facilities.
Chris represents clients on major mixed-use, residential and commercial applications and appeals and advises a range of clients on emerging Local Development Frameworks. Chris is currently working on the third phase of the nationally recognised Paintworks development at Arnos Vale and represents New Earth Solutions taking schemes for enclosed composting facilities forward across the South West region.
